Message in a camera

October 11th 2011- a digital camera in an underwater housing washes ashore In Holland, at Wyk Aan Zee. My kitesurf partner Erwin finds it and hands it over to me. You’re a filmmaker he says and I response by starting to make this film. The underwater housing is covered with algae and there is seaweed twined around the cord.  It looks like it has spent some months, if not years, floating in the water.
